Q / 01How does Managed Server differ from Cloud?+
Managed Server is dedicated physical hardware with full resource access — no noisy-neighbour effects, predictable performance, no cosmic billing surprises. Cloud-like flexibility is available via Private Cloud add-ons on request.
Q / 02Where are the servers located?+
In our data centres — location selectable. Operations and accountability remain in Europe.
Q / 03How quickly can provisioning be done?+
Standard configurations are ready within 24 hours. Custom hardware builds typically within 5–10 business days — we confirm binding dates with order confirmation.
Q / 04What happens during an incident?+
Our NOC usually detects anomalies before the customer does. On PRO and ENT plans a technician responds within 15 minutes. Post-mortems are documented transparently — including preventive measures.
Q / 05Contract duration and cancellation?+
Standard is 36 months with monthly billing. Shorter terms on request. Cancellation at end of term with 3 months notice — with automatic renewal for 12 months.
Q / 06How does migration of existing systems work?+
We plan the migration with you — inventory, target architecture, test rollout, cutover. Typically without downtime. Migration effort is included in the quote or billed by time depending on scope.
